It is thereupon ORDERED and AD~UDGED as follows: ! = 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between BARBARA ELIZABETH LEAVESLEY and JAMES FREDRICK LEAVESLEY be :~nd the same is hereby ~ c~issolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and fram the obligations arising . therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Physical residence of JENNIFER LYNN LEAVESLEY dob: 12-19-72 and EL(ZABETH LEAVESLEY dob: 8-27-74, minor children of the parties, is herehy ~w3rd~d to BARBARA ELIZABETH LEAVESLEY vrrith reasonable and libera! visitation rights reserved to JAMES FREDRICK LEAVESLEY.
