FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 3rd day of
August, 1987, and the Court having considered the pleadinqs, and
havinq heard the ~estimony, and the the Court finding that it has
jurisdiction of Lhe subject matter and of the parties and finding
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and that a reconciliation cannot be made between the parties, and
the Court being otherw}se fvlly advised in the premises, it is

~ ORDERBD AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

° 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between

~ . the same is hereby ordered dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties ,
{ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of

matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the Qbliga-
tions arising therefrom.
2. CHILDREN AND PROPERTY: That there are two minor
children of this marriage and the parties do not own real
property jointly and do own personal pro~erty jointly.
~ 3. AGREEMENT: That the written Agreement heretofore

{ entered into and ex~~^uted by the parties on the 2nd day of July,

~ 1987, and introduced into evidence, be, and it is hereby ordered
~ apProved, confirmed and ratified and it is incorporated into and
