Each party fully understands the provisians of this Agree- ment and each is signing this Agreement freely and volun- .tarily, intending to be bound by it. ~ b. Each party has made a full disclosure to the other of his or her current financial condition. c. Each understands and agrees that this Agreement constitutes the entire contract of the part~es. It supercedes any prior understandings or agreements bet~~een them upon the subjects covered in this Agreement. There are no repre- sentations or warranties other than as set forth in it. 6. TNDEMNIFICATION. Each of the parties hereto represents that he or she as not contracted and will not hereinafter contract any debt or liability in the name or upon thQ credit of the other, or for which the other or the estate of the other might, ar could become l~able, and agrees, in any event, to indemnify and hold the other and the estate of the other harmless therefrom in all respects. 7. ESTATES AND PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES LIABLE. Nothing con- tained in this paragraph or elsewhere in th~.s Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of, or a limitation upon , the right of both parties to prose- cute, perfect and satisfy any claims which either party may have against the estate of the other, by virtue of the default of the parties in the payment of any-and all sums provided for in this Agreement to be paid by one party to the other, or to enforce the collectiori of the payments re- quired by the foregoing paragraphs, which may become due after the death of either or both parties and iri regard to the foregoing, the Husband and Wife further expressly agree that all of the covenants and promises made j ~ by both of them in this A~reement are binding upon their estates, their ° personal representatives and other legal rspresentatives. 8. RESTRAINING ORDER. The parties agree to the Court entering a mutual Restraining Or er against both of them.
