12.. DIVISION OF PERSONAG PROPERTY: Except as other-
wise hereinafter provided in this ~greement, the Husband and Wif~
do agree that they have prev~ously div~ded all of their personal
possessions and each has possession of same and is entitled to
the sole owneYShip of same.
- fihe Husband and Wife do agxee that the Husband shall
have as his sole and exclusive property, the 1985 3-10 Chevrolet
truck and the Husband shall own it in his name alone and the Wife
shall transfer all of her riqht, title and interest in and to
said Chevrolet truck to the Husband on the day of the execution
of this Agreement. The Husband and Wife further agree that the
Husband shall be responsible for the lien and debt on said truck
and that he shall indemnify the Wife and hold her harmless from
all liability under said obligation and lien.
The Husband and Wife do agree that the Wife shall have
as her sole and exclusive property, the 1986 Fizebird and the
Wife shall own it in her nam~ alone and the Husband shall trans-

fer all of hi~ right, title and interest in and to said
automobile to the Wife on the day of the execution of this Agree-
ment and the Wife shall be responsible for the lien and debt on
~ said automobile and that she shall inderr~nify the Husband and hold

~ The Nusband shall have the sole and exclusive ownership

14. PAYMENT Og DF.BTS: Except as otherwise aqreed to
in this AqYeement, the parties reqarding debts made during the
~narriage and prior to the date of the execution of this AgrEement
do agree as follows:
The Husband and Wife agree that the Wife shall be

~ solely responsible for and shall pay the Chase Manhattan Visa and
~ that she shal•1 indemnify and hold the Husband harmless from all
