; 2. Plaintiff is authorized, but nok requirE3, to take such' ~
' :actions as are nec;essary to maintain in good stead the building ' ~

~ ;permit for the Pegasus praject. If plaintiff takes such action, ;

~ ~ the reasonable.expenses incurred in connection therewith shali be ;

charged as an advancement necessary to protect security under the
Pegasus mortgage; and
3. All parties to this action are hereby prohibited from
removing any lumber or other constiruction materials from the
Breakers project site, until further order of this Court. ,
