THIS CAUSE ct~ming on far hearing upon the consent of the
below-signed attorneys, and the Court being advised that the
Defendant, ATLANTIC RICHFIELD COMPANY, a/k/a ATLANTIC RICHFIELD
OIl. COMPANY, and the Defendant, SIMPKINS & SHERIFF ENTERPRISES,
INC., a Florida corporation, d/b/a S& S Et~TERPRISES, have
executed and delivered Quit Claim Deeds in the property described
as belonging to the CITY OF FaRT PIERCE, FLORIDA in said

complaint, and said Defendants having relinquished any interest
in the CITY's property, there is no need for any f~rther

proceedings in this cause, it is upon consideration

OROERED AND ADJUD6ED as follows:
1. That by stipulation of the attorney for ATLANTIC
RICFi~IELD COMPANY and the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, this cause~be and ~
the same is hereby dismiss~d with prejudice. ~
2. That the Notice of Lis Pendens heretoforz filed herein

~ shall be dismissed and stricken from the record and each party
shall bear their own costs.
