OF THE YACHT SILVBB CLOIID
TH1S CAUSE having come before this Court u~on motion of the Plaintiffs to examine
and operate the yacht Silver Cloud in the stretch of water where the accident claimed
upon in this suit occurred, such investigation and operational costs to be initially borne
by the Plaintiffs, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, and being otherwise
advised in the premises, it is hereby,
OftDERED AND '~DJUDGED as follows:
1. Tl~at Plaintiffs' Motion is granted under the following guidelines: .
(a) The yacht Silver Cloud shall be captained by its regular assigned
: captain, or if no regularly assigned captain is available, it
shall be captained by a captain retained for such purpose
~ by the owner of the Silver Cloud, the Defendant JOHN
~ CLAWSON.
(b) Appropriate navigational arrangements will be made with
the U.S. Coast ~uacd, Marine Patrol, or other authorities.
2. Further, such investigation and testing will be completed not later than
~ ten (10) days prior to trial.
