RESOLUTION NO. 01-293
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 01-197 TO
INCREASE THE INFLUENZA FEE FOR THE ST. LUCIE
COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made
llowing determination:
1. On September 25, 2001, Resolution No. 01-197 was adopted bythe Board of County
aissioners to estabhsh fees for the Public Health Services, Personal Health Services, Primary
gervices, and Miscellaneous Services provided by the St. Lucie County Health Department.
2. It is necessary to amend the fee for influenza in order to meet the increased cost of
al supplies.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St.
County, Florida:
1. The Board hereby adopts the "St. Lucie County Health Department Fee Schedule",
ed hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A".
2. This resolution shall take effect on November 6, 2001.
