' LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT ~
I, LUCILLE SERVIO, of Brevard County, Florida, being of sound mind,
memory and understanding, do hereby make and publish this as and for my Last
~ Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills
and codicils by me at any time heretofore anade, that is to say:
; FIRST: I order and direct t~at my Executor, or his successor, here-
. inafter named, pay all my just unsecured debts and funeral expenses as soon
af ter my demise as may be convenient.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my real property located at
Port St. Lucie, Florida, Lots B-.172810 and B-172811, to my son, KENNETH G.
SERVIO, of 13455 N.E. lOth Avenue, Apartment 204, North Miami, Florida, to
be his absolutely and forever, to the exclusion of any persons whomsoever.
THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath all household furnishing, ~
fixtures and all personalty that may be located therein on iay home premYses
at y36 S.E. Inwood Court, Palm Bay, Florida, or any other residence I may
own or possess at the time of my death, to my daughter, AUDREY BUGLIONE!
of )30 Bar-ry Avenue, Wantaugh, New York, to be hers absolutely and forever,
to the exclusion of any persons whomsoever.
FOURTH: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
real and personal, of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever the same
may be situate, of wiich I shall die~sei2ed or possessed or to which I shall
die with any interest in or entitlement to, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my son, KENNETH G. SERVIO and my daughter, AUDREY BUGLIONE, in equal shares
share and share alike, to be theirs absolutely and forever, to the exclusion
of all persons, PER STIRPES; if there are no issue in being, then PER CAPITA.
LASTLY, I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son, KENNETH
G. SERVIO, to be Executor of this, my Will, and I direct that he be permitted
to qualify thereof as such in any jurisdiction without the giving of a band

- In the event of the predecease of my son, or in his inability to T

j function as Executor, I hereby nominate, constit~te and appoint my daughter, r~
, AUDREY BUGLIONE, as Contingent Executrix in his stead with full power as `n
such Executrix:. and I direct that she be permitted to qualify as such in any
. jurisdic tion without the giving of a bond or other security.
I hereby authorize and empower the Executor herein named, or his
successor, if in his discretion it shall seem expedient, to sell, without
Court order or approval either at public or private sale and at such times . N
