AUDREY BUGLIONE, the Successor Personal Representative of the
estate of LUCILLE SERVIO, deceased, the Court finding that
KENNETH SERVIO, the initial Personal Representative of the above
estate, has filed a~true and correct accounting of his
adn?inistration of the above estate, the Successor Personal
Representative has acknowledged receipt of the final accounting
of KENNETH SERVIO, the initial Personal Representative and has
consented to the discharge of the initial Personal
Representative, and the initial Personal Representative should be
discharged, it is therefore
ADJUDGED that KENNETH SERVIO, the initial Personal
Representative, is discharged and the surety on the initial
Personal Representative's bond, if any, is released of further
liability. ~
