• PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'5 DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~ day of August, 1987,
between LOUISE NETHERY, as Personal Representative of the Estate ~

of ROBERT H. NETHERY, deceased, party of the first pa.rt; and
LARRY LEE, JR., and ALICE E. LEE, his wife, as to an undivided one-
half interest, and JEROME RHYANT, as to an undivided one-half inter-
est, whose mailing address is 1720 Timberlake Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the party of the first part, pursuant to the Order of the
19th Circuit Court in'and for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated
August 6, 1987, and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the
~ second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots S, 6, 7, 8, 9& 10, Block 29, and all of the abandoned
road right of way (Lowell Road) lying south of Lot 12,
Block 29, and North of Lot 11, Block 22, SAN LUCIE PLAZA,
_ UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book S, Page S7, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to the real property.

TO HAVE AND TO NOLD the same to the party of the second part,

their heirs and assigns, in fee simple, forever.

AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
~ the orders of Court and the laws of the State of Florida have been ~
~ followed and complied with in all respects.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of ROBERT H. NETHERY, deceased, has
