ARTICLE II
- I make the followinq chanqes to Article V of my
Last Will and Testament:
A. I revoke paraqraph "B", and substitute the
followinq paraqraph "B" in its place:

out of principal. If the total amount of such install-
ments paid to or for the benefit of my wife in any

income of this trust for such year, the Trustees shall,
