B. I revoke the first sentence of paragraph
"8", and substitute the followinq sentence in its place:
"B. Upon the death of the survivor af my
daughter, my wife and me, the Trustee shall divide the
principal of this trust into as many shares of equal
value as there are chiZdren of mx daughter of mine then
livinq." ~

Except as modified in this Codicil, I confirm and
