TAIS ACTION came before the Court upon Plaintiff's Motion for
Entry of Final Judgment pursuant to the default which has been entered

against the Defendant by the Clerk of this Court. After reviewing

; the record and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is.

~ ORDERED and ADJUDGED: ~
1. Plaintiff, SOUTHEAST MATERIAL & MERCHANDISE SUPPLY, INC.,
~ shall recover from Defendant, JUANITA SNOW d/b/a LITTLE MIRES GROCERY,
~ the principal sum of $6,652.25, plus accrued interest of $667.10 and
~
~
~ costs of $82.50, for a total sum of $7,40I.85 that shall bear interest
~ at the rate of 12$ per annum, ~for which let execution issue.
2. Plaintiff is also entitled to reco~er its reasonable attorney's
fees from Defendant and the Court reserves jurisdiction to make such
an award at a later date.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers, in Orlando, Orange County, Florida,
