oWned and held by JOHN NANCOCK MUTUAL LIFE INSURANGE COMAANY, a duly organized
Massachusetts corporation having its principal place of business 1n the C1ty
of 8oston, Suffolk County, dated December 31. 1975, made and executed by FOUR
T GROVES, INC.~ a Florida corporation, as mortgagor to JOHN HANCOCK MUTUAL
LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, as mortgagee. which mortgage, recorded 1n the office
of the County Recorder in and for the County of Saint Lucie, State of FTorida, -
on December 31, 1975, under~Clerk's File No. 324084, and also recorded in the
office of the County Recorder in and for the County of Martin, State of
~ Florida on December 31, 1975, under C~erk's F11e No. 238558, is, with the
! indebtedness thereby sec~red, fully paid and satisfied. And the County
~ Recorder of said Counties is hereby authorized and directed to discharge the
~ same upon the record thereof according to the statute in such case provided.
