A M E N D E D
FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 5th day of
August, 1987, upon the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage, and the court having heard the testimony of the parties
hereto, and having considered the evidence and argument of
counsel, and being otherwise fully advised the Court finds and
~determines as follows:
a. That the relation of husband and wife exists between
the parties.
b. The marriage befiween the parties is irretrievably
broken.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
l. JURISDICTION.
This court has absolute jurisdiction of the parties and
the subject matter of this action. ;
2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE.
The marriage between the Husband, RONALD G. FERNANDEZ,
and the Wife, LINDA L. FERNANDEZ, be and the same is hereby
dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising thereFrom.
3. PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY.
The parties are hereby awarded shared parental
responsibility of the minor child of the parties, to wit: DON I
ROBERT FERNANDEZ d/o/b 10/7/$2; with the primary physical
residence being awarded to the wife subject to the husband's
