HomeMy WebLinkAbout0967 reasonable rights of visitation as follows: 1. WEEKENDS. Non-cusfiodial parent--every other weekend--5:00 p.m. Friday, return 7:00 p.m. on following Sunday. Wednesday-- 5s00 p.m. to 7s00 p.m. on the week not having weekends. 2. HOLIDAYS. a. Christmas: Non-custodial parent--even years--5:00 p.m. Friday beginning the school vacation, returning 2:00 p.m. Christmas Day. Non-custodial parent--odd years--2:00 p.m. Christmas Day, returning 7:00 p.m. Sunday prior to school commencing the following Monday. b. Spring Vacation: Non-custodial parent--the e~tire spring vacation. If Easfier is at the beginning of the spring vacation--2:00 p.m. Easter, returning 7:00 p.m. the folZowing Sunday. If Easter is at the end of the spring vacation, returning 2:Q0 p.m. Easter Sunday. If Easter is not within spring vacation, non-custodial parent--2:00 p.m. Easter, returning 7:00 p.m. If Easter falls on a weekend--pick up on Friday, returning 2:00 p.m. Easter Sunday. This prevails over regular weekend visitation, not to be made up. c. Thanksgiving: Odd years--non-custodial parent--5:00 p.m, on Wednesday before Thanksgiving, returning Thanksgiving 2:00 p.m. Even years--non-custodial parent--2:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day, returning 7:00 p.m. If Thanksgiving falls on regular weekend visitation, then 5:00 p.m. Thanksgiving, returning 7:00 p.m. the £ollowing Sunday. d. Mother's Day/Father's. Day: To be spent with appropriate parent from 10:0U a.m. to 7:00 p.m. This takes precedence over weekend visitations, not to be made up. ` e. eirthdays: Child shall celebrate his/her birtnday ; in the home of the custodial parent. Non-custodial parent shall have visitation from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on birthdays. . ~ 3. WAITING. The child and custodial parent will wait no more than 30 minutes. A parent who is late (over 30 minutes) forfeits their right of visitation for that period. : 4. CANCELLATIONS. Cancellation of visitation by either parent i for weekends must be no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday before ` the weekend period. Other cancellation is by 24 hour notice. ' ; ~ ° 5. SUMMER VACATION. Non-custodial parent--to begin one week ° after school lets out for six weeks. The custodial parent will ~ have one weekend during the six week period which will be the f fourth weekend. In the event of cancellation of summer vacation, ~ 30 days prior notice shall be given. ~ g a. If surnmer school is necessary for the child to pass to ~ the next grade, it must be attended. In the event of summer { school attendance, the summer vacation for non-custodial parent will be adjusted to commence after the summer school. f 6. During the Husband's visitation period, the Husband shall not leave the parties' minor child with babysitters for extended pe~riods of time. 7. Each parent is to k~ep the other parent advised at all times of the residence address and phone numbers while the j children are in their custody. Each parent is to notify the ' other parent immediately (no later than six hours) of any emergency pertaining to said child. 4.
