ORDER ADJUDICATING.RESPONDENT IN CONTEMPT
OF COURT AND ORDER FOR COMMITMENT,
AND REDUCING CSRTAIN SUM TO JUpGMENT
THIS ACTION came before the Court on August 28, 1987 on peti-
tioner's mo~ion for enforcement/contempt. On the evidence presented
it is:
ADJUDGED that:
1. Respondent, MATTHEW MANFREDI, is in willful contempt of
court for his failure to pay weekly child support payments of $200.00
per weeic on July 24th,~July 31st, August 7th, Aagust ].4th, and August
21st of 1987; and for his failure to fully pay child support payments
on June 19th, June 26th, July 3rd, July lOth, and July 17th, 1987 in
the sum of $5.00, for a t~ta2 sum of $1,005.00; and further that
Respondent is in willful contempt of court for his failure to pay the
court-ordered payments in Paragraph G. of the Final Judgment of
Dissolution of Marriage in the sum.of $214.00 on July 1, 1987 and
August 1, 1987 for a total of $428.00.
2. As punishment for contempt respondent sha11 be confined to
the St. Lacie County Jail for a period of sixty (60) days, but the ~
imposition of this period of incarceration is withheld ~or a period of J
sixty (6Q) days beginning this date in order to allow the respondent
an opportunity to purge himself of contempt as provided in paragraph
3. If respondent does not purge himself of contempt within that sixty
day period, be shall report to the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
Florida at 8:00 A. M. on Tuesday, October 27, 1987. If respondent
£ails to report at that time, the sheriff or any other law enforcement
officer of this state is ordered to take the respondent immediately
