authority granted to him as Personal Representative uncler the
Last Will and Testament of ARTHUR B. LAWSON admitted to probate
in St. Lucie County, Florida, in distribution of said estate, for
the sum of TEN ($1Q.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable
consideration, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns forever, the land
situated in the County o~ St. Lucie and the State of Florida, to
wit:
The South 30 feet of Lot 15 and the North 45 Feet of Lot 17,
elock 6, Wilbuwe Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as •

Subject to easements and restrictions of record, and subject to
