RESOLUTION NO. 01-299
A RESOLUTION DELEGATING TO THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR THE
AUTHORITY TO DEEM FINAL A PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT
FOR THE COUNTY'S NORTH HUTCHINSON ISLAND WATER AND SEWER
SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2001; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ST. LUCIE
{TY, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Authority for this Resolution. This resolution is adopted pursuant to the
ions of Chapter 125, Part I, Florida Statutes, and other applicable provisions of law.
Section 2. Findings. It is hereby found, determined, and declared by the Board of County
tissioners (the "Board") as follows:
A. The County proposes to offer for sale its North Hutchinson Island Water and Sewer
Revenue Bonds, Series 2001 (the "Bonds"), through a public offering of the Bonds.
B. Before a proposal can be presented to purchase the Bonds, the County must have
ed final", except for permitted omissions, within the meaning of Rule 15c2-12 of the

C. It is necessary and desirable to delegate to the County Administrator the authority to
