impiementation of the increase or decrease that the ~
rates charged by the governmental agency or other ~

utility have changed. The approved rates of any utility
which is aub~ect to an increase or decrease in the rates
that it ia charged for electric power or the amount of ~
ad valorem taxes assessed against its property shall be
increased or decreased by the utility, wtthout action by
the Authority, upon verified notice to the Authority 30
days prior to its implementation of the increase or
decrease that the rates charged by the supplier of the
eiectric power or the taxes imposed by the governmental
body have changed. The new rates suthorized shall
~ reflect the amoant of the change of the ad valorem taxes
or rates imposed upon the utility by the governmental
a~ency, other utility, or supp].ier of electric power.
The approved rates of any utility shall be automaticaliy
increased without hearing, upon v~rified notice to the
~
~ Authority 30 days prior to implementation of the
increase, that costs have been incurred for water
f quality testing required by the Department of
Environmental ReguZation or that costs have been
incurred as the result af the promulgation of
regulationa by other governmental agencies related to
~ treatment procedures for water and sewage. The new
