(b) This fee shall be paid in four (4) installments, within
fifteen (15) days of the end of each quarter of ~he utility's
current fiscal year. At such time the utility shall file with
the Author~ty a statement sworn to by ~he Financial Officer of
the utility, of grosa receipts for that quarter. This fee sha11
become due and payable~after the first complete fiscal quarter
after the effective date of this articie and shali rema~.n in
effect for all subsequent fiscal quarters.

~ SECTION 1-20.5-18. Application Fees.

~ Any application filed by a utility, shall be accompanied by
a fee set by the Board and based upon the existing or proposed
capacity of the system, extension, or deletion.
SECTION 1-20.5-19. Annual Report.
Each utility shall annually, within sixty (60) days of the
~ close of its fiscal year, file with the Authority a financial

~ report of its operation in St. Lucie County during the fiscal

; year sworn to by the Financial Officer of the utility and

certified by an independent Certified Public Accountant. Any
ad~ustments in the totai regulatory fee due for the year being
reported shail be paid with aubmission of the annuai report.
~ Where the annual report shows that overpayments have been made by

' the utility, a credit for the amount of the overpayment shali be
` issued by the Authority for the next fiscal year.
