A notice of any hearing, pursuant to this artiole, containing the name of the applicant and the general nature of . ~ the proposed change shall be served by certified mail, return ~ receipt requested on the affected utility two weeks before the date of the hearing and shaii be published by the Authority in a newspaper of general circulation in St. Lucie County once a week for two weeks consecutively before the date of the hearing. The affected utility shall serve a similar notice by regular mail to each of its customers at least two weeks before the date of any _ hearing pursusnt to this article. SECTION 1-?A.5-21. Review of Final Actions and Orders. I (a) Once the Authority has rendered a written decision, , affected parties may petition for rehearing before the Authority ~ within 15 days of issuance of the written order. No action or order of the Authority ahall be considered final until expiration of the time period for petitioning for rehearing. The Authority shall consider `petitions for rehearing and shall render final orders within 45 days from the filing of petitions for rehearing. The purpose of petitions for ~rehearing is to bring to the attention of the Authority evidence not previously considered by ~ the Authority. (b) Any party, including any individual customer of a utility, who is dissatisfied with any final action or final order of the Authority may request review by the Board by filing a passages are deleted.
