petition for review within fifteen (15) days of issuance of the
final order of the Authority. Upon the filing of the petition,
the Board ahall scheduie the matter for public hearing. Notice
of the hearing sh~ll be published in newspaper of general
circulation in St. Lucie County once a week for two consecutive
weeks before the date of the hearing. The Hoard shall consider
the record of the proceedings before the Authority and the legal
arguments of the affected utility, any party, and of staff. The
Board shall enter a written decision within 60 days of the filing
of the petition for review eitherc affirming, revising, or denying

~ the order of the Authority which is th~n the final arder. Any

~ party still dissatisfied with the decision may appeal pursuant to

~ the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure.

SECTION 1-20.5-22. Penalties.
The violation of any provision of this article is declared
to be a criminal offense and misdemeanor within the meaning of
i Section 775.08, Florida Statutes, and shall be punishable as
provided by law.
SECTION 1-20.5,23. Procedure for abolishment of the Authority.
' The Authority may be abolished upon the adoption of an
ordinance repealing Article I(Water and Sewer Utilities
Regulation) of Chapter 1-20.5 (Water and Sewer) of the St. Lucie
County Code and Compiled Laws. At the same time, the Board must
adopt a resolution requesting that the Public Service Commision
