Authority shall approve the basic site plan f.or this
pro~ect, as required under Paragraph 2, Part C, St.
Lucie County Airport Industrial Park Protective
Coveriants. '
2. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for this
pro~ect, the developer shall have aought, and obtained,
from the St. Lucie County Port and Airport Authority,
authorization to erect a fence within the required 20
foot side setback along North 29th Street. Failure to
obtain approval shall require complete compliance with
i the provisions of Paragraph 3, Part C, St;. Lucie County
Airport Industrial Park Protective Covenants.
B. This site plan shall expire on September 8, 1988,
unless a building permit is applied for.
C. The conditions set forth in Section A are an integral
and nonseverable part of the site plan approval granted by this
i ~
resolution. If any condition set forth in Section A is
' determined-to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason and the
~
~
; developer declines to comply voluntarily with that condition, the
site plan approval granted by this resolution shall become null
and void.
" D. This approval is of a conceptual site plan and shall
become final upon submission of detailed building and landscape
~
plans. Such plans shall comply with all applicabie County
ordinances, regulations, and requirements.
, E. A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the site
,
i
~ plan drawings described in Section A, which plan shall be piaced
on file with the St. Lucie County Community Development Director.
