A RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE PLAN ti ~
APPROVAL FOR A PROJECT KNOWN '
AS CUMBERLAND F~RMS - MIDWAY & SUNRISE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Florida, has made the following determinations:
1. A convenience store pro~ect has been proposed for
location on the northwest corner of West Midway Road and Sunrise
Boulevard, which project is to be known as Cumberland Farms.
2. The Site Plan Technical Review Committee has reviewed
the site -plan for the proposed pro~ect and has found it to meet
~ all technical requirements, and to be consistent with both the
existing zoning and with the future land use maps from the St.
Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan, sub~ect to the
conditions set forth in Section A of this resolution.

~ 3. The proposed pro~ect does not require the preparat3on
of a transportation impact report.
4. The proposed pro~ect is consistent with the general
purpose, goals, ob~ectives, and standards of St. Lucie County
Zoning Ordinance, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy
Plan, and the Code of Ord~nances of St. Lucie County.
5. The proposed pro~ect wiil not have an undue adverse
effect on ad~acent property, the character of the neighborhood,

j traffic conditions, parking, utility facilities, or other matters
affecting the public health, safety, and general welfare.
6. All reasonable steps have been ~aken to minimize any
adverse effect of the proposed pro~ect on the immediate vicinity
• through building ciesign, site design, landscaping, and screening. .
