NOW, THERE~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida: A. Pursuant to Section 5.1.300 of the St. Lucie County Zoning Ordinance, the site plan for the proposed pro~ect to be known as Cumberland Farms West Midway Road and Sunrise Boulevard be, and the same is hereby, approved as shown on the site plan drawings for the pro~ect prepared by Hutcheon Engineers dated ? June 1987, last revised August 24, 1987, and date stamped received by the St. Lucie County Community Development Director on August 27, 1987, sub~ect to the following conditions: ~ 1.
