2. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for this
facility, the developer shall seek, and have obtained,
from the County Engineer, a variance from the
requirements of Article IX, Section 1-5-85, Paragraph
2(a), St. Lucie County Code of Ordinances, permitting
the construction of a second driveway 4.62 feet closer
to the first than permitted under this paragraph.
FaiZure to obtain this variance does not void this site
plan approval, however, ad~ustm~ent to the plan to
indicate the final location of these entrance points is '
required.
8. This site plan shall expire on September 8, 1988,
uniess a building permit is applied for.
C. The conditions set forth in Section A are an integral
r and nonseverable part of the site plan approval granted by this

~ resolution: If any condition set forth in Section A is

determined to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason and the
developer declines to comply voluntarily with that condition, the
site pian approval granted by this resolution shaii become null
and void.

become final upon submission of detailed building and landscape

= plans. Such plans shall comply with all applicable County

ordinances, regulations, and requirements.
E. A copy of this resolution shall be attached to the site
plan drawings described in Section A, wriich plan shali be placed
on file with the St. Lucie County Community Developmgnt Director.
