Prior to the issuance of any building permits for this facility, the developer shall seek, and have obtained, from the County Engineer, a variance from the requirements of Article IX, Section 1-5-85, Paragraph 2(a), St. Lucie County Code of Ordinances, permitting the construction of a second driveway 4.62 feet closer to the first than permitted under this paragraph.
