WITHDRAWAL OF NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
RONALD and ANDREA KOHLER, by and through their undersigned
counsel, hereby file this Notice of the Withdrawal and Dimissal
of the Notice of Lis Pendens Filed July 16, 1987, in O.R. Book
550, Page 36b, Public Records St. Lucie County, Florida, with
prejudice, such withdrawal to be as though the Notice of Lis
Pendens never appeared of record; for the reason that VINCENT
CORNWALL had divested himself of the property therein described
to FREDERICK MARTIN and JO ANN MARTIN against whom we have no
. claim and who purchased said property without notice of any of
~ the matters asserted in this litigation.
