bills of exchange, notes, stock certificates, proxies, warrants, camnercial
paper, receipts, withdrawal receipts and deposit instruments relating to
accounts or deposits in, or certificates of deposit of, banks, savings and
loan or other ins~itutions or associations, proofs of loss, evidences of
debts, releases and satisfactiori of mortgages, judgments, liens, security
agreements, and other debts and obligations, and such other instruments in
writiizg of whatever kind an8 nature as may be n~cessary or proper in the '
exercise of the rights and powers herein granted,
2. Said attorney in fact is my Husband.
3. This durable family pawer of attorney shall not be affected by
~ my disability except as provided by statute. The power conferred on said
attorney in fact by this instrument shall be exercisable from the date
specified in this instrument, notwithstanding a later disability or
incapacity on my part unless otherwise provided by statutes of the State of
Florida.
4. This instrument is to be construec~ and interpreted as a
_ general grant of authority to my attorney in fact. The enumeration of
' specific items, acts, rights, or pawers herein does not limit or restrict,
: and is not to be construed or interpreted as limiting or restricting the

general powers herein granted to my attorney in fact.
5. All acts done by said attorney fn fact, pursuant to the power
conferred du~ring any period of my disability or incompetence, shall have
the same effect and inure to the benefit of and bind me or my heirs,

disabled.
