ORDER FOR CONTINTUING INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
~ THIS MATTER was heard on September 21, 1987, in accordance
with that Notice of Hearing in the Temporary Injunction for
Protection entereci by ~he Court on August 28, 1987; and the Court

~ having hearci the testimony of Petitioner, DOROTHY JOHNSON a/k/a

~ DOROTHY C. HOSLEY; and the Court having note~7 that CHARLES

~ ALEXANDER JUHNSON, Respondent, failed to appear after due Notice,
finds that an immediate and present danger of ~omestic violence
~ exists and physical abuse and violence will result uriless the
- Temporary Injunction for Protection dated August 28, 1987, is
continued during the pendency of this legal action; it is
therefare,
ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Respondent, CHARLES ALEXANDER JOHNSON, is hereby
restrained from acts of domestic violence and enjoined from
harrasing, molesting, assaulting, battering, or otherwise
physically abusing the Petitioner, DOROTHY JOHNSON a/k/a DOROTHY
C. HOSLEY.

; 2. 'Phe Petitioner, DOROTHY JOHNSON, is awarded the exclusive
; use and possession of the dwelling located at 213 Kimball Circle,
S.W., Port St. Lucie, Florida 34953, pending further order of ti~e

E~ Court and CHARLES ALEXANDER JOHNSON, Respondent, is directed not
to visit, approach, or enter the aFore-stated property.
