3. Respondent, CHARLES ALEXANUEit JOHNSON, is hereby
directed, instructed, and ordered not to interfere with, take
possession of, use, approach, destroy, or harm any of the property
of Petitioner, but more specifically, that automobile identified
as a 1987 two door Chevette, Chevrolet automobile, Vehicle
Zdentifa.catic~n Number 1G1TB21C1HA130766, License Number BVP-39c;
and that au~omobile identified as a 1987 two door Cavalier
Chevrolet automobile, Vehicle Identification Number
1G1JC111~HJ204417, License Number 244-DMT.
4. Respondent is instructed, directed and ordered to return
fortt~with to Petitioner's attorney, JOHN ERICK SWARD, Thurlow~,
Smith & Rutland, P.A., the Protection Plan Policy and Card for the
1987 Chevette Chevrolet automobile by delivery to him at Post
f
Office Box 1U6, Stuart. Florida 34995.
~ 5. The Sherif£ of St. Lucie County, his deputies, the
~
police, and any peace oFficer of the State of ~lorida shall
enforce this Injuction and are authorized and directed to use
_ whatever force and whatever means deemed necessary under the
. circumstances to enforce the provisions of the Injunction.
6. This In-junction for Protection shall not be interpreted
so as to prohibit the officer from making any determinations as to
probable cause for arrest for violations of any of the Florida
Criminal Statutes; including Warrantless Arrest, Battery on a
Spouse F.S. Section 9J1.15(6).
7. This Injunction shall remain in full force and effect
during khe pendency of this legal action or until further Order of
