ORDF.R ON WIFE'S MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
AND AWARD SANCTIONS
THIS CAUSE havinq come before this Court on September
9, 1987 upon the Wife's Motion to Compel Discovery and Award
Sanctions, and counsel for both the Husband and the Wife having
been present, and the Court having heard arguments of counsel
and having been otherwise fully a~vised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the Husband is hereby directed and ordered
to produce the items set torth in paragraphs 24, 25, and 28 of
the Wife's Notice to Produce with the modification that the
Husband need only produce said items for the last eighteen (18)
months prior to the date of production, with said items'to be
produced at the offices of John Edgar Sherrard, P.A., 203 South
-Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, on or before 12:00
E~ noon September 18, 1987.
2. That the Wife is hereby awarded an attorney's fee
