ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the Motion
for an Order allowing removal of the Temporary Order dated
June 23, 1987 from Case No. 87-466-FR-O1 for re-filing by the ~
Clerk of the Court in Case No. 87-525-FR-O1 and the Court being
otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that said Motion is granted and
the Clerk of this Court is directed to remove the Temporary Order
from the Case of Michaeleen Ann Martin and Stephen E. Martin,
Case No. 87-466-FR-O1 and cause said Temporary Order to be filed
in the Case of Rhonda C. Martin and Clifton Allen Martin, Case
No. 87-525-Fr-O1.
