MOTION
The undersigned, Attorney for the Wife, RHONDA C. MARTIN,
files this her Motion for an Order Allowing the Removal of this
Court's Temporary Order signed June 23, 1987 from the file in re:
The Marriage of Michaeleen Ann Martin, Wife, and Stephen E. Martin,
Husband, for re-filing in the Case in re: The Marriage of Rhonda
C. Martin, Wife, and Clifton Allen Martin, Husband, and would
show unto the court as follows:
1. On June 12, 1987 the parties, RHONDA C. MARTIN and
CLIFTON ALLEN MARTIN, appeared before this court on the Wife's
Petition for Temporary Relief and pursuant to said hearing this
Courfi entered its Order on Jt~ne 23, 1987.
2. That the incorrect case number was inadvertently
put on to the Order and was filed by the Clerk of the Court
in the Case file ir~re: The Marriage of Michaeleen Ann Martin ~

, and Stephen E. Martin, Case No. 87-466-FR-02 which case was ;

pending at the same time and which parties were also represented ;
by the same attorneys as in the instant cause. ~
~ 3. That the undersigned has spoken with JACK A. NORRIS,

Attorney for the Husband in Case No. 87-466-FR-O1 AND Case No. 87- '

~ 425-FR-O1 and he has no objection to this Mation being granted and
~ request that this Court enter its Order allowing the Clerk of the

~ Court to remove the Temporary Order dated June 23, 1987 from

Case file No. 87-466-FR-O1, file it in the correct Court file,
