THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the Motion
for an Order allowing removal of the Temporary Order dated
June 23, 1987 from Case No. 87--466-FR-O1 for re-filing by the
Clerk of the Court in Case No. 87-525-FR-O1 and the Court being
