IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OU'P, THE t40RTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENAN@ AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS berein shall at the request~::of the MORTGAGEE
herein acknowledge in writing the existence of this mortgage
ant~ the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel form
provided for this punpose by the MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) This is not homestead property. The MORTGAGORS herein reside
at:572 Palomar St.,Lakewood Park, Fort Pierce, Fla.
(3) This is a purchase money wrap-around mo~tgage, the details •
of which are set forth below,unde.r~: the wrap-around rider.
~ WRAP-AROUND RIDER ~
(1) This is a purchase money second mortgage, sub~ect only to a
first mortgage in favor of Rose Huysse recorded in O.F..Book 291,
page 183 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Fla, having
~ an approximate unpaid principal balance of $7,?97.65 hereinaftier
called "prior mortgage". -
(2~) The MORTGAGORS agree to comply with all of the terms and
conditions of the prior mortgage other than with respect to the
payment of principal and interest due under the prior mortgage.
(2~) If the MORTGAGORS shall fail to so comply with all of the
terms, provisions and cond~tions of the prior mortgage so as to
result in a default under i~ (other than with respect to payments
of principal and interest due), that failure on the part of the
tdORTGAGORS shall consti:tute a default under ~his nortgage and shall
entitle the MORTGAGEE, at its option to exercise any and all right
~nd remedies given the IriORTGAGEE in ~he event of a default under
~ this mortgage.
(3a) The t40RTGAGEE agrees to pay to the holder of the prior mortgag
~ the unpaid principal balance of the mortgage, toge~her::with all
interest accruing under it as and when requ3.red by the terms of
the prior mortgage, i.e. by paying-the constant monthly installment
now of $202.Q6 each provided to be paid for ~he duration of the
prior mortgage.
(3b) Al1 those payments provided to be paid by the MORTQAGEE,
pursuant to the provisions of aubparagraph(a) above, shall be
made by the t40RTGAGEE befo~e ~he expiration of the appl3cable
grace period provided far those payments as contained in the prior
