with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court
evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obU~ations for both federal and Florida estate taxes~ if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution ot the assets of this estate as set
forth in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit B.
