died March ~.5, 1986, and Letters of A~ninistration w~ere issued May 2, 1986 and
on August 27 1987 Qrder was issued declaririg the only asset in this estate to ~
be Harestead property, capy of Order attached.

is the above mentioned ham~estead pro~~erty and desvends free and clear of credit~ors
