4. Your petitioner, as guardian, has filed a petition for ~
Summary Administration of the Estate of Elma Spencer, which
petition ana Order of Summary of Administration is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, which petition shows that there is a i
balance of $2,295.17 of guardianship assets remaining and requests
that the funds of the guardianshfp be placed in trust in
petitioner's Trust Account fcrr the payment of administration
expenses in the•`Bstate of Elma Spencer and the pro-rata payment-
of creditor claims which are expected to exceed the funds ~
remaining in the gnardianship. #
