PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioner, CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, as ancillary personal
representative of the above estate, alleges:
1. The decedent, LAWRENCE A. FOX, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on April 6, 1986, and Letters of Ad-
ministration were issued to Petitioner on August 13, 1986.
2. Petitioner files herewith either a final accounting
containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements
since the commencement of administration of this estate, or since
f the date of the lasf accounting filed herein, if any, or waivers
signed by all interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving
the fi3.ing of a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
for the payment of all taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, ap-
praisers, or other agents employed by the personal representative
is set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.

5. Petitioner h~s filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department
of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this~court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's ob-
- ~ ligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
• 6. Petitioner has made or propos~s to makedistribu-

tion of the assets of the estate as set forth in the schedule of ~

distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.
