PROPOSBD DISTRIBOTION
Petitioner proposes the following distribution of the cash assets
of this estate:
1. Each beneficiary shall receive a 1/8 share of the residual cash
assets of the estate after deduction for the remaining expenses shown
on Schedule A.

Petitioner proposes the following distribution af the intangibZe
asset of this estate:
2. The mortgage held by the deceased at the time of his death shall
be assigned to JOSEPH RUSIGNUOLO, as Trustee. He shall collect the
monthly payments thereunder and deposit the same in an interest bearinq
account and shall divide alI sums collected plus interest earned therefrom
equally amongst the beneficiaries yearly. Said mortgage shall be called
due in accordance with its terms after July 1, 1988. All proceed~ of the

! called mortgage shall be distributed equally amongst the beneficiaries

at that time.
3. The bequest as stated in paraqraph 1 above to MICHAEL RUSIGNUOLO,
JR. shall be reduced by the sum of $4,400.00 and said sum distributed
equally among the other beneficiaries. This sum is the amount of credit
or discount granted said beneficiary on the purchase of the residence
from the estate. ~
