Lucie, and State of Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and !
memory~ do hexeby.make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will ~
and Testament, hereby revokinq any arid all Wills and writings testa-
mentary which I have made heretofore.
FTRST: I order and direct that my Executor, herei.na~ter named
shall first pay and discharge all of ~y lawful debts and funeral
expenses, as soon after my decease as is practicable.
SECOND: Al1 of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, and wherever the same may be situ-
ate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my three children, namely,
EDYTH LEE, ERNESTINE COOPER and JAMES MULAROW, one-third each, share
and share alike.
THIRD: I hereby name and appoint my son, EDYTHE LEE, as the
' Executor of this Will and of my Estate, and direct that he be per-

• mitted to serve without bond of any type.
IN WITNESS WfiEREOF. I have hereunto subscribed my hand and
affixed my seal this 14th day of January, 1971.
