court finding that the dece3ent died on the 17th day of May,
1979; that all interested persons have been served proper notice
of this hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material
allegations of the petition are true; that the will bearing date
January, 14, 1971, has been admitted to probate by order of this
court as and for the last will of the decedent; and that an ~rder
of SUmmary Administration should be entered, it is
