Mith a laceration o! the tbal~ic area. Be had ~ultiple, bflateral s~all
petecDial he~orrhaQes in his brain. He also had lar~e left theliic
hesorrhaqe Mith iatraventricular extensfon~and laceration of the left
scalp. He Mas aeen in conaultation ~or both reayiratory probless and for
neuroloQical care. He aas oriQinally treated at LarnMOOd ReQional
Medical Center and then transterred to Treasure Coaat RQ~abilitation
Facility and subsequently transferred to NeM Kedico Rehabilitation
Center ot Florida.
