Objectives: ~ i. Improve Dalance and equilibrium reactioas. 2. improve coordination. 3. Improve motor planning. 4. Improve qeneral posture pattern. ~ DAILY LIVING SRILLS ~ The client exhibits functional ranQe of motion and strenqth in both ~ upper extremities. He exhibits deficits in qross ~eotor and eye-hand coardination. He is abZe to folloK one to txo part co~aplex coamands. He ~ is also able to discri'inate shapes, sizes, directionality and color, , althouqh he does atate that he Mas diaqaosed Mith color bliadness. He is independent ia self-care activities and Mas able to sequebce a - nine step functional activity. He states that he is able to do his 2aundry independently and Mas able to use a telephone directory but required cuinQ for using directory assistance. He demonstrated some inappropriate laughter durinQ the session but Mas able to be redirected to taak. He became aqi±ated one time Mhen asked to perform an activity. He did desonstrate iasiqht into peraonal strengths and Meaknesses. He does seem to be functioninq on a hiqh Zevel in self-care ski2ls but needs further trainiuy in hiqher level activities of dai2y livinq. ` , ~ Goal: Inerease independence in activities of daily livinQ such that the client is able to live independently.
