I HEREBY certify that on this day, before me, an officer duly authorized
in the State of Indiana, County of? Tipton , to take acknowledgments,
personally appeared OLIVE L. TODD, wife of GERALD C. TODD, SR., who first
being duly sworn,deposes and says:
1. That GERALD C. TODD, SR. AND OLIVE L. TODD, HIS WIFE, are the owners of the
following described real property:
LOTS 23 and 24, BLOCK 166, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION FOUR, according to the
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 14A through 14G, Public Records
' of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 2. That GERALD C. TODD, SR. was read the entire contents of the Warranty Deed '
~ and was fully advised of its contents therein.
~ . That GERALD C. TODD SR. did execute the foregoing Warranty Deed by making his

mark thereon, intending same to be his signature and not with his full name due
to ? muscle disease that prevents him fram writing. .
4. That GERALO C. TODD, SR. is fully competent and that said witnesses to the
foregoing instrument are fully aware of the competency of GERALD C. TODD, SR.
and that they were present during the recitation af the contents of said Warranty
Deed and that GERALD C. TODD, SR. was aware of all the contents therein.
5. That the affiant herein is making this affidavit for the purpose of establishing
~ GERALD C. TODD, SR.'s compete~tcy and that due to said ?muscle disease
that he makes his mark on the foregoing instrument intending the same to be his
signature. ~
