Trust at the time of my death, to the persone and in th~ manner
described in the last dated writing ms~de for this purpose ~nd
aigned by me that is in existence at the time of my death. If
there should ariae any ambiguity between such separate writing
and this trust, the provis3ons of this trust shall supersede and
control the disposition of any such articles and personal
propert y.
ARTICLB IV
Upon my death, the succesaor Truetee shall pay to the
personal representative of the donor'~ eatate or pay directly on
donor's behalf such expenses of the donor's last illness and
funeral, claims against her and/or her estate, and such other
items as may be normally chargable against the probate estate
(including attorney's fees and Personal Representative•s
compensation, but excluding any tort claims). If paid the the
Personal Representative, the successor Trustse shall not be -
. required to inquire as to the necessity of such payment or as to
the availability of funds for such purposes from other sources,
; and shall not be responsible for the application of such funds
for the purposes requested by said personal representative.
ARTICLE V
Upon my death, the Trustee shall distribute the remainder of
the trust property as follows:

~ 2. I give ten (10$} percent to my daughter-in-law, ANA I.
GILSON.
3. I give twenty (20$) percent to my grand-daughter, LINDA
GORSICH. If she fails to survive me, her share shall be paid to
