10. I give five (58) to my sister, RUSY GAMBA.
If any of the foregoing gifts shall lapse, this share ~hall
be added back to the residue of my estate and distributed pro-
rafa among the survivinq beneficiaries above.

It is my desire, that the Trustee, insofar as it is
practicable, make distributions in kind to the above
beneficiaries, so that the sfiocks need not be sold.
ARTICLE VII
I intentionally omit and do not provide for any other
relatives or other persons not'named in this Will. Such omission

is deliberate and not due to oversighfi on my part. If any
beneficiary or other person i~volves this trust or any trustee
thereunder in any~litigation or other legal claim, that person's
interest under this truat ahall be null and void, and that person
~ shall take nothing hereunder.
ARTICLE VIII

; The Trustee shall hold, manage, care for and protect the
trust property and shall have the following powers, and, except
~ to the extent inconsistent herewith; those now~ or hereafter
conferred by law:

(a) To retain any property (including stock of any
corporate trustee hereunder or o€ a parent of affiliate company)
originally constituting the trnst or subsequently added thereto,
although n~t of a type, quality or diversification considered
~ proper for tru$t investments;

~ . (b) To fnvest and reinvest the trust property in bonds,
