tax purposes= to velue the trust property and to sell any part or
all thereof in order to make allocation or distributionf no ~
action taken by the Trustee pureuant to this paragraph shall be
subject to question by any beneficiary~
(k) ~o deal with, purchase assets from, or make loans to,
the fiduciary oE any trusfi made by me or any member of my family
or a trust or estate in which any beneficiary unde= this
Declaration has an interest, though a Truatee hereunder is such
fiduciary, and to retain any property so purchasedf
(1) To establiah out of income and credit to principal
reasonable reserves for depreciation, obsolesence and depletionf
~(m) To perform other acts necessary or appropriate for the
proper administration of the trust, execute and deliver necessary
insfiruments and.give full receipts and discharges;
(n) The Trustee may charge a reasonable fee for the

case of options to grant, commodities, commodity futures
~ confiracts and optiona thereon, for cash or on margin= to make or

take delivery of commodities pursuant to any commodity futures
contract or option; and to delegate authority for making trading
_ decisions for any commodities trading account eatablished for ths
trust to a duly registered third party.

~ ARTICLE IX
Upon my death, the succes~or Trustee shall be LINDA GORSICH.
If LINDA GORSICH fails or ceases to serve, the next successor
Trustee shall be FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF STUART. Evsry successor
Trustee shall have all the powers given the originally named
~ Trustee except the powers grantAd in Article XI. No successor
